WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order has shipped we can no longer make changes. If you need to change or cancel an order before it has shipped please email septetlamour.nyc@gmail.com
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We will send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER
If you have any problem with your order, such as damaged or missing items, or any other problems, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll take care of you!
I'VE PLACED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
All orders will ship 2-3 business days from date of order confirmation. Please note, orders are not shipped over the weekend or U.s holidays. Once processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note, shipping with be delayed during our sales but we try our best to fulfill it as quick as possible!
DOMESTIC
We currently offer shipping via USPS:
Free domestic ground shipping ( 5-7 business days ) on orders over $50
USPS Ground $5
2 Business Days: $18
Next Day: $30
All Express orders must be placed before 3pm to be eligible for next day shipping.
Orders do not ship on weekends or U.S holidays, so if you order on Saturday, it will ship out on the next business day, which is Monday.
RETURNS
Items may be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order. To receive a prepaid label please submit your return request here for our review. Please allow 2-3 business days to review your request.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
